Artisans who commit for the season, and whose applications are received by the season commitment deadline will continue to get their preferred booth spaces.

Guidelines & General Rules – updated! Everyone should read this rule sheet. You will have to check that you have read and accepted these rules prior to printing, and mailing in your application. We ask that you fill out the PDF applications electronically as much as possible, to help avoid typographical errors (the best way to do this, is to open the PDF, download/save it to your desktop, then open it again, fill it out electronically, save, and print). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have it, it is free and you can download it here. Depending on which shows you book in this Season Application, you must also fill out the separate corresponding show application. For example, if you check the Memorial Day Festival, you will need to fill out the separate Memorial Day Festival Application (yellow). If you check Sundays & Thursdays in July AND the Labor Day Weekend Festival, you will need to fill out the Summer (green) application, and the Labor Day (purple) application and mail in both applications along with this year’s Season Application. Please review the checklist before mailing in your application materials. All Applications and fees should be mailed to Andrea Rogers.
