The Vineyard Artisans have an open enrollment feature for new artisans.

Please print, fill out completely, sign, and return this form with the individual show applications, along with your payment/checks for each festival.

Your check is the only way to reserve a booth. Payment is as follows: a non-refundable deposit check of $100.00 is due with this application and the 2017 Seasonal Application by March 15, 2017. The non-refundable balance must also be paid in full at this time, or be in the form of a post-dated check—dated no later than April 15, 2017, and needs to be enclosed with this application.

Below, please list by number in order of preference, 1 being the highest and 4 being the lowest. Indicate with a “no” any space which is unacceptable. While every effort will be made to accommodate your preference, the balance and aesthetics of the show has priority. All placements are at the discretion of the show manager.

Describe all artwork that you are bringing. Work must reflect the proportion of work that was represented in the juried slides that you submitted this year, no other work may be displayed.

Please return with payment. Make checks payable to The Vineyard Artisans Festivals, PO Box 774, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. If you are not accepted into this show your deposit check will be returned to you. Otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.

In consideration of being a vendor at the Vineyard Artisans Festivals I agree to assume full responsibility for any property I may bring on the premises and will hold neither the Vineyard Artisans nor Andrea Rogers responsible for damages, theft, or other liabilities that may occur in conjunction with or at this show including set up and break down times. I also agree not to leave any trash, boxes, etc. in the hall or on the grounds after the show has ended. I have read all the rules in this application, and in the Guidelines & Rules, and agree to abide by them.
