2017 Season: Information for Returning Artisans

Exempt Artisans Application

New and Important Information for Exempt Artisans Only: 2017 Season

Dear Artisans,

NEW CHANGES this year: Please read!!!

I can be reached at 508-693-7927 or on my cell: 508-221-5406.

The Exempt form is the application for long standing Vineyard Artisans who have been showing at the Festivals for many years.

Only artisans who filled this form out last year, OR who have been personally invited by Andrea Rogers to fill out this form because of their consistently good work, should use this application. All others, please do NOT use this form, instead please fill in the Season Application and individual show applications.

I have eliminated the extra signed rule sheet – just sign the new application and send back. This eliminates the separate rule sheet you used to sign and send back. (Trying to conserve paper)

Please don’t forget to include your e-mail address, as I am working on a master list so all future correspondence can be done via e-mail.

Fees: Please Fill out your new exempt application along with the individual show applications, all fees still apply.

This year!  The brochure was a great tool and we have worked very hard to publish 12,000 of them every year. This year you will notice that there will not be an application for the brochure. We are going to make a much simpler version of the past brochures. It will include pictures of the shows in general. It will not include individual artists as in the past. Not to say we won’t one day generate a similar one again, but we are trying to see if a more economical advertising tool wouldn’t be just as effective. And our web master Kevin McGrath has up-dated our web sight again making it even easier for you to download your information and pictures there. The brochure will indicate to our customers where to find you through our web sight. The brochures will still be distributed at the Chamber of Commerce, the Steamship Authority Terminals in Woods Hole, Real Estate offices, Hotels, B&B’s, and at fellow artisans’ booths at the Chilmark Flea Market for extra exposure, and on the Island Queen.

Anyone interested in helping distribute brochures, please add a note indicating that you can do it.

Happy Trails…. and a special thank-you to the artisans who helped distribute the brochures and posters last year…

Cheers! Andrea Rogers/Show manager
